Since May 2015, the templates of diploma supplements have been the same for Ukrainian citizens, foreign citizens and stateless persons.
Starting in 2022, registration numbers of supplements are generated by higher education institutions in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education. The information specified in the paragraphs of the supplement must correspond to the data contained in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education.
Templates (content, design, etc.) of diploma supplement forms and the protection technology for these documents are approved by the decision of the academic (pedagogical) council of the education institution.
Examples of forms of educational documents issued by higher education institutions of Ukraine are not limited to the examples posted on the ENIC Ukraine website.
You can check the documents in the register of documents on higher education on the website of Inforesurs, State Enterprise, or check the apostille stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science on this website. If the check is unsuccessful, you should send a request to the higher education institution or our Centre.
