Examples of 2015-2020
Since May 2015, the templates of documents on higher education of foreign citizens and stateless persons do not differ from the templates of diplomas for Ukrainian citizens.
Diplomas of different higher education institutions may have differences in appearance (material, design, size, placement of information, color). The requirements for diploma design are approved by the higher education institution.
In 2015-2016, Junior Specialist’s diplomas were filled out in Ukrainian.

Since 2016, the form of the Junior Specialist’s diploma provides for filling it out in Ukrainian and English.

Mandatory list of information for the period 2015-2020:
- surname and name of the graduate;
- series (1 letter, 2 digits) and registration number of the diploma (6 digits), which is assigned to the document after registration in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education;
- year of graduation and name of the higher education institution;
- graduate’s qualification: academic degree (or educational and qualification level), specialty (or field of study), and in some cases – professional qualification, information on specialization and educational program are provided if necessary;
- position and signature of the head or authorized person, his/her surname and initials;
- seal;
- date of issue;
- is filled in in Ukrainian and English.

Mandatory list of information starting from 2021:
- name and surname of the graduate;
- series (1 letter, 2 digits) and registration number of the diploma (6 digits), which is assigned to the document after registration in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education;
- year of graduation and name of the higher education institution that issued the document;
- year of entry and name of the higher education institution that the foreigner entered at the beginning of his/her studies in Ukraine;
- name of the educational program and the name of the accrediting body;
- graduate’s qualification: academic degree (or educational and qualification level), field of knowledge, specialty (or field of study), and in some cases – professional qualification, information on specialization is provided if necessary, and additional information is provided if the graduate has an award;
- position and signature of the head (or authorized person), his/her name and surname;
- seal;
- date of issue;
- is filled in in Ukrainian and English.
You can check the documents in the register of documents on higher education on the website of Inforesurs, State Enterprise, or check the apostille stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science on this website. If the check is unsuccessful, you should send a request to the higher education institution or our Centre.
