The last admission for obtaining higher education under Junior Specialist’s educational and qualification level was in 2019.

Examples of 1993-2000

Cover:

• a book of blue or red color;
• size when opened (cm): 21х16;
• blind embossing with the State Emblem of Ukraine.

Spread:

• series (two Cyrillic letters), 6-digit number;
• signatures of the officials;
• date of issue;
• seal.

Examples of 1997-2000 (plastic)

Front side:

• rectangular plastic document;
• size (cm): 15х10.5;
• watermarks throughout the document;
• hologram.

The back:

• series (two Cyrillic letters), 8-digit number;
• signature of the official;
• date of issue;

Front side:

Examples of 2015-2020

Diplomas of different higher education institutions may have differences in appearance (material, design, size, placement of information, color). The requirements for diploma design are approved by the higher education institution.

In 2015, Junior Specialist’s diploma was filled out in Ukrainian.

Since 2016, Junior Specialist’s diploma has been filled out in Ukrainian and English.

Mandatory list of information for the period 2015-2020:

• surname, name and patronymic of the graduate;
• name of the higher education institution;
• year of graduation;
• graduate’s qualification: educational and qualification level, specialty (in some cases – professional qualification), information on specialization and educational program are provided if necessary;
• series (1 letter, 2 digits) and registration number of the diploma (6 digits), which is assigned to the document after registration in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education;
• position and signature of the head or authorized person, his/her surname and initials;
• seal;
• date of issue.

Examples starting in 2021

Mandatory list of information starting from 2021:

• name and surname of the graduate;
• series (1 letter, 2 digits) and registration number of the diploma (6 digits), which is assigned to the document after registration in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education;
• year of graduation and name of the higher education institution;
• name of the educational program and the name of the accrediting body;
• graduate’s qualification: educational and qualification level, field of knowledge, specialty (in some cases – professional qualification), information on specialization is provided if necessary, and additional information is provided if the graduate has an award;
• position and signature of the head or authorized person, his/her name and surname;
• seal;
• date of issue;
• is filled in in Ukrainian and English.

Duplicates of Junior Specialist’s Diploma

A duplicate of Junior Specialist’s diploma is made in accordance with the form (template) effective as of the date of issuance of the duplicate. The duplicate reproduces the information about the document that was contained in the original document on higher education.
