The National Information Centre of Academic Mobility ENIC Ukraine held a training seminar “Issuing Educational Documents by Ukrainian HEIs: Peculiarities and Problems” on April 19, 2018
The National Information Centre of Academic Mobility ENIC Ukraine (state-owned company “Information and Image Centre” of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine) held a training seminar “Issuing Educational Documents by Ukrainian HEIs: Peculiarities and Problems” on April 19, 2018 for the higher education institutions specialists, involved into the process of educational documents issuing.
The high-ranking managers of Ukrainian HEIs, including Vice-Rectors, Faculty Deans and Vice-Deans, heads of academic and international relations departments and other structural university and college units, took part in the seminar. The topic of the seminar has generated considerable interest among Ukrainian HEIs representatives. 83 participants from 60 universities and colleges, representing 22 cities of Ukraine, in particular Kyiv, Kharkov, Odesa, L’viv, Vinnitsa, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kropyvnytskyi, Lutsk, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Uman, Kherson, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi, Chernihiv, and also temporarily relocated educational establishments of Donetsk and Luhansk, attended the event to be instructed by seminar facilitators and participate in a mutually beneficial dialogue and exchange of opinions.
Alongside the director of ENIC Ukraine Viktoriia Serhienko and the leading specialists of ENIC Ukraine, the acting director of the International Cooperation and European Integration Department of the Ministry of Educational and Science of Ukraine Lyubov Shchitka, the state-expert of the Directorate of Higher and Adult Education of the Ministry of Educational and Science of Ukraine Vitaliy Nosok, the chief specialist of the Pedagogical and Post-Graduate Education Division of the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Olha Bozhko, the chief specialist of the Sector of relocated HEIs of the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Iryna Kravchuk, head of the Division of obtaining documents, legalization and documents authentication of the Department of Consular Services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Halyna Nosok, the Vice-Director of state-owned company “Inforesurs” Viktor Anokhin facilitated the seminar.
Taking into account the above-mentioned interest, the National Information Centre of Academic Mobility ENIC Ukraine will shortly announce the next seminar on this topic.
Academic mobility is no doubt a driving force of the up-to-date higher education, and correct educational documents making remains one of the key issues for their recognition worldwide. Therefore, the topics of the reports, substantial information cases for routine use, fruitful discussion of the burning points, concerning higher educational documents making, such as content of diploma supplement, consular legalization and authentication of education documents, information order and documents’ monitoring in the Unified State Electronic Database in Education, have aroused vivid interest of the Ukrainian HEIs.
